Organized, committed, and inclusive

About Keystone Counts

Keystone Counts is a statewide coalition of advocacy groups, service providers, and community organizations joined together to build an education and outreach effort for a fair and accurate 2020 census. Our members represent communities across Pennsylvania – and we’re growing.

Keystone Counts is coordinating a three-year effort to ensure that the 2020 Census is done right in Pennsylvania. The coalition is staffed by Pennsylvania Voice, a nonpartisan network of service providers; membership, community, and grassroots organizations; as well as policy, advocacy, and legal partners. The group brings organizations together to ensure that everyone in Pennsylvania is counted.

Keystone Counts Is actively seeking new organizations of all types and sizes to join us in our important work informing elected, philanthropic, and nonprofit leaders on the importance of Census 2020, the impact it will have on all Pennsylvanians, and the need to adequately fund Get Out the Count Efforts.

We especially need local community organizations from across Pennsylvania who can leverage their positions as trusted messengers to reach hard-to-count communities, and help ensure that every Pennsylvanian is counted.

Our Get Out the Count plan is a comprehensive field, advocacy, and communications plan designed to accomplish our goal of ensuring that a fair and accurate count is conducted across the state, and we need your help! To learn more about partnering with Keystone Counts, click here.
